Type BCD

When you slip beneath the surface, your gear should feel like a natural extension of your body. The SEAC Type BCD takes the traditional single-bag jacket and evolves it to give you an exceptionally comfortable, secure, and hydrodynamic dive. Whether you are exploring a local shipwreck or flying out for a tropical reef adventure, this buoyancy control device delivers exactly what you need to dive with confidence. We know that comfort makes or breaks a dive. Built from tough but lightweight 420D Nylon, the SEAC Type features an incorporated backrest that distributes the weight of your tank perfectly across your back. The completely redesigned harness slips over you quickly. Simply secure the central flat buckle, adjust the straps, and you can hit the water in no time. If you dislike the feeling of a jacket squeezing your stomach when fully inflated, you will love this smart design. The mono-bag inflates entirely around your hips, leaving your abdominal area completely free from compression. To make things even more comfortable, the shoulder straps feature front rotating buckles. These clever attachments prevent the straps from rubbing or compressing your chest, ensuring a fantastic, customised fit for every body type and shape. Taking your own gear on holiday is incredibly simple with the SEAC Type. Its ultralight construction makes it highly travel-friendly, while still packing all the professional features you rely on. You get two large side pockets with gussets for your accessories, five heavy-duty stainless steel D-rings to clip on your torches and cameras, and a comprehensive integrated weight system. The side weight pockets hold up to 4 kg each, while two additional trim pockets at the back hold up to 2 kg each, helping you find your perfect underwater balance. Key Features: Traditional Mono-Bag Design: Inflates around the hips rather than the stomach, giving you brilliant freedom of movement without abdominal compression.
